The advantage of the block ice machine:
Characteristic of the direct-evaporation block ice machine is that its evaporator(ice mold or evaporatotion grid) is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy special light materials, and is specially designed and manufactured, and its thermal conductivity completely surpasses the traditional iron-made ice making barrels. The thermal conductivity of the alloy aluminum is 237W/MK, the thermal conducrivity of the galvanized iron plate is 80W/MK, and the thermal conductivity of the stainless steel is 17W/MK which is smaller, that is, the thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy is 3 times than that of the iron. Thereforem the ice production speed of this product is much faster than the traditional ice making method. The ice making speed is faster, the energy consumption is lower, and the hygiene is cleaner(the level of anticorrosion is also greatly improved, teaching the food-greade standard). Aluminum evaporator is of 3 times higher heat exchange efficiency than other steel [SUS304, galvanized steel], so ice block can be completely frozen faster. In this way, it can produce more ice blocks with lower power consumption.

Installation
------>Installing by the user
We will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation
All equipment is installed on one steel frame, so it's very convenient to install on spot and it can be put into use immediately after connecting it with the sondensing units and water and electricity resource.
------>Installing by Sindeice engineers:
We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.

Mainly ranges from 300kgs~40T. If bigger capacity like 100T, it is also available by evaporator paralleling. We have many projects in China, such as 50T.
Both freshwater and seawater ice machine are available.
2. Block ice machine
Mainly ranges from 1T~30T, mostly we produce direct cooling block ice machine.
3. Tube ice machine
Mainly ranges from 0.5T~30T.
